Airtel 2 GB Free GPRS Plan Cost, Details, Cost Per 50 Kb, Tariff, Usage Limit

In todays world, there is huge scarcity of high speed affordable internet connections, but certainly, the service providers are in abundance. We, as customers desperately require high speed internet connections for data uploads and downloads. 3G in India has very limited availability, resulting in that we have adjust with GPRS.

Bharti Airtel, India’s leading mobile service provider launched Pan India’s 2 GB GPRS pack at Rs. 98/- per month for its prepaid customers in 16 telecom cities. Airtel users across these 16 cities can use their mobile device as modem to connect their PC to internet. Airtel’s Pan-India EDGE-enabled robust network will connect to internet at an amazing speed of 144kbps to 234kbps.

Presently, Airtel’s 2 GB pack is available for its prepaid customers Assam, Bihar-Jharkhand, Chennai, Delhi-NCR, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Kolkata, Madhya Pradesh-Chattisgarh, Maharashtra-Goa, North-East, Orissa and Uttar Pradesh.

The new pack can be purchased for Rs. 98/- with free data usage up to 2 GB, which has a validity of 30 days from date of activation or recharge. Beyond 2 GB usage, 30p/50 kb will be charged.

How to avail the offer?

To avail the offer existing prepaid customers need to recharge with Rs. 98/- and for activating the GPRS on prepaid, for postpaid users dail 121 airtel customer care and ask them to activate, it will get activated in 24 hours.

Dial  *567*11# to activate gprs. To get mobile internet settings *567*13# must be dialed.
