Amidst the ongoing spat between Government of India and BlackBerry makers, Research In Motion (RIM), a new BlackBerry handset will soon be launching in India (Launch date not yet known). The BlackBerry Torch 9800, is the latest touchscreen-slider mobile phone handset equipped with all the features of a smart phone, will be coming to the US markets on August 12, 2010.

The most attractive feature of this mobile device, apart from its features, has to be its Operating System (OS). It is based on the latest BlackBerry OS 6.0. It is also the first ever BB touch smartphone with a sliding  QWERTY keypad. So, all-in-all, it has everything, be it touch or QWERTY keypad or even a slider. It’s 3G enabled with a cool 5 MP camera.
