With this tool you can create themes for your Sony Ericson phone; this means that you can fully customize your phone the way you want. Theme creator provides you with the platform with which you can design your own themes but it does not mean that it enables you to transfer it into your phone. This tool also assists you in modifying the existing .thm format themes and creating new ones also. The tool has a tabbed interface which shows the original theme on the right side and the left side shows the area where you can work on your theme. This feature is very good as it enables you to draw a comparison between the original and your modified theme.
Once you are satisfied by the changes you have made, you can preview the theme and then finally transfer it in your phone. Using the application is quite simple, its simple GUI is very friendly and figuring it out won’t be much of an issue. The application has built in picture library from which you can easily choose your base on which you can work on your idea.
Another good feature is that the application has a list of thumbnails of the different Sony Ericsson mobile phones and you can pick your phone and thereafter it becomes easy to make changes. What was disappointing to know about this tool was that it has no update support which mean if u have bought a recent phone it won’t be listed in its library. Moreover the images that can be used are only gif’s.This tiny 9mb application bears the power to do wonders to you phone.
