MyWay IPTV Pricing Details, Features, Channels List, Packages, Availability and Cost Per Device

MyWay IPTV is a television service provider, launched in collaboration with MTNL (Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited) and BSNL )Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited). The services are not based on the d2h technology, but is based on optical fiber technology. The television services are provided over phone line. No doubt, the technology is good, but not the services. It’s tagline says “It’s time for d2h to retire”, but this is certainly not possible.

How to subscribe? (For BSNL customers)

If you are an existing BSNL customer, then you have two ways of subscribing.

1. Purchase the STB:- You can purchase the set-top-box (STB) by paying Rs. 2000/-. This is a one time payment only for the STB. Along with this you will get free services for the first three months with any base pack. The installation charges are free of cost because, the technology is based on optical fiber and transmission is done via telephone cables. Since, you are an existing customer of BSNL landline phone, thus, it becomes easier to transmit data.

2. Rent the STB:- You can also rent the STB by paying Rs. 1500/- as security deposit which are refundable after a few months. There is also a monthly rental of Rs. 50/- per month waived toward the STB. Customers will also have to pay Rs. 130 per month (exclusive of taxes) for Karaoke services.

How to subscribe? (For MTNL customers)

If you are an existing MTNL customer, that is, if you already have an MTNL landline, then there are two ways of subscribing for the television services.

1. Purchase the STB: As told above for BSNL customers, plus Rs. 50/- for modem and Rs. 200/- will be charged in your phone bill as registration charges.

2. Rent the STB: Rent charges are same as for BSNL customers, plus Rs. 50/- per month for modem rent, Rs. 50/- for STB and Rs. 130/- per month (exclusive of taxes) for Karaoke services. In addition, the MTNL customer also has to pay Rs. 200/- for registration.

  • Value Pack with 96 Channels @ Rs. 200/- per month

  • Tamil Gold Pack with 96 Channels @ Rs. 200/- per month
  • Tamil Diamond Pack with 125 Channels @ Rs. 280/- per month
  • Telugu Gold Pack with 96 Channels @ Rs. 200/- per month
  • Telugu Diamond Pack with 125 Channels @ Rs. 280/- per month
  • Kanada Gold Pack with 96 Channels @ Rs. 200/- per month
  • Kanada Diamond Pack with 125  Channels @ Rs. 280/- per month
  • South Junior Pack with 50 Channels @ Rs. 100/- per month
  • South Economy Pack with 75 Channels @ Rs. 150/- per month
  • Malayalam Gold Pack with 96 Channels @ Rs. 200/- per month

  • ETV Telugu (ETV Telugu, ETV2, ETV urdu) @ Rs. 12/- per month
  • Sports Gold Pack (ESPN, Star Sports) @ Rs. 60/- per month
  • Zee English (Zee Studio, Zee Cafe) @ Rs. 12/- per month
  • ETV pack (ETV2, ETV Telugu) @ Rs. 8/- per month
  • Ten Sports at Rs. 15/- per month (should be subscribed for atleast 4 months)
  • BBC World at Rs. 5/- per month
  • Zee Marathi at Rs. 7/- per month
  • Zee Telugu at Rs. 8/- per month
  • NDTV Imagine at Rs. 10/- per month

You can even browse internet on your TV if you are connected with IPTV. The company is trying up the work at backend to make browsing on TV possible, they are already done with Gmail and other mail services are on the way.
